Signature Property Group Tapped to Manage Two 'Gold Coast' Luxury Properties

Winston Towers and Harbor Towers, Newest High Rise Apts to Join SPG Family

Signature Property Group has been named property managers for Harbor Towers and Winston Towers, landmark luxury high rise multi-family properties located on New Jersey's coveted Hudson River 'Gold Coast,' according to an announcement this week by SPG President CEO, Ira M. Cantor..

"Our goal as always will be to enhance the lifestyle and management functions of these properties with an eye toward providing services that will result in bottom line cost savings," said Mr. Cantor. He indicated that SPG was selected based on the company's 35-year record of success as property managers, financial services providers and construction specialists.

Managed by Arthur Foyer, Harbor Towers is an eight-story, all brick high rise building located at 6515 Boulevard East, West New York. Ample tenant parking, a full-time doorman and on-site laundry facilities are available to its residents, and the 200-unit property offers exceptional Hudson River views of Manhattan's West Side. Harbor Towers is in close proximity to the Hudson River tunnel and bridge crossings as well as public transportation, in-town shopping, schools, and health care facilities. According to Cyndy Pirerra, Executive Vice President for Director of Operations for Signature Property Group Inc., a major façade facelift and capital improvements to the building are underway.

Winston Towers is a 31-story, all brick luxury high rise with a landmark promenade, dramatic fountains, lush exterior landscaping and garage parking for more than 1200 cars.
