An integral member of the company's executive staff, Ms. Pirrera is responsible for a broad range of duties at SPG, including, but not limited to, the company's day-to-day operations, serving as Liaison to Association Board members and homeowners in properties managed by Signature Property Group throughout New Jersey. Ms. Pirrera deals with the myriad of issues and problems that must be addressed on a regular and prompt basis. Additionally, she heads up the company's marketing and acquisition team. Cynthia is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and an Association Management Specialist (AMS) and has been involved in community association management at Signature Property Group since 1995 and is presently an officer of the Community Association Institute (CAI) Board of Directors
A visible and productive member of the Palisades Park community, Ms. Pirrera has been active in local political, civic and community affairs over the years. She currently holds the elected position of Councilwoman for the Borough, and has made her imprint in the area, serving as a Past Chair of the Borough's Planning and Rent Leveling Boards and as a Committeewoman for Bergen County. Ms. Pirrera resides in Palisades Park with her husband, her son, a member of the Palisades Park Police Department, and her daughter, an enrollee in the Doctorate Program at LaSalle University |
