Jonathan S. Cantor, Senior Vice President jcantor@spgroup.biz A specialist in construction and home building, Jonathan Cantor lends his expertise to Signature Property Group and is the linchpin of the company's "One Stop Shopping" approach to property management. SPG's "One Stop" program provides homeowner associations with services for every aspect of their management requirements from financial reporting to construction. It is in the latter arena that Mr. Cantor's efforts have proved so valuable, providing exceptional response time for needed repairs and rehabilitation projects along with quality workmanship and bottom line results. Mr. Cantor grew up in a family that boasted more than fifty years of experience in the real estate industry. Following his graduation from Ithaca College, he went into the construction and management business, honed his skills, gained valuable experience, and soon launched a uniquely successful career in the home building/construction industry. He recently was voted New Jersey Home Builder of the Year by the New Jersey Builders' Association.
