Mr. Tom Truchan’s responsibilities include the operations and functions of the accounting department, budget coordination and investments for the company portfolio.  Mr. Truchan attends monthly board meetings of association boards throughout the state on an as needed basis, and is available to association board members seeking detailed interpretations of Signature Property Group’s reporting systems.

Mr. Truchan’s many years of experience in the real estate industry, along with his valuable interpersonal skills, truly compliments Signature Property Group’s already strong financial department which is known to be second-to-none.

Mr. Truchan has a B.S. in accounting from St. Peter’s College, along with a minor in Economics.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New Jersey.  His career includes ten years of service at a Fortune 100 company.  He also has an additional ten years of experience in the mortgage/real estate area and is a licensed New Jersey real estate agent.  In all, Mr. Truchan has twenty plus years of experience in the accounting area which he brings to Signature’s Management Team.
